Our Easter Fun

Savanna with her new hat from Dad. Easter was so wonderful this year, I felt surprisingly content. An emotion that is often fleeting. The kids are growing up and doing great, we have daily ups and downs of course; but the big picture "The Pie in the Sky" is so clear. Savanna is such a thinker and helpful. YES, she is a keeper.




Reese on the other hand is emotional, needy, defiant and its absolutely charming! I love that she needs me. Her morning only starts "right" when I carry her down the stairs. I have to beg her to let me comb her hair with the "s0ft brush" and when she finally sits down its like heaven. She always wants a ponytail. We have baby kittens right now and she is motherly and tender one minute. Next, she tosses them back into their h0use.

Reese knows what she wants. How many of us can say that?




Chase is all over the place an emotional roller coaster. She asks funny questions, always has our day planned out in advance, and it better include a trip to Walgreen's. She has the ability to make others feel really good or have them in tears. Chase loves jeans. A quality carried over from my DNA.

We dyed eggs for the first time since Reese was born.
