360

Had sort of an earthy/industrial vibe. The food was magnificent, I could eat the minestrone with pesto soup everyday. It was so fresh and had green beans in it. A slice of pizza with salami and green olives and a diet coke and I was a happy girl. This was on my actual birthday at Hillary's house. Her oldest son Warren and I share the same birthday. I loved watching the reaction he has to all his presents, and Root Beer Floats for everyone. You'd have thought I would have gained weight on the trip but on the contrary, I lost weight. My body was sick of the holiday weight and I was finally full. I only ate what I really liked and not too much. Also, I walked 4 miles with my mom everyday and even lifted free weight downstairs. Swimsuit season comes early in Arizona.,

Here is Warren with Ari and Spencer checking out a Wii game. Hillary is so sweet with her kids and its easy to see how much they love her. Her house is so pretty and I loved just hanging around with all of them.

This is my favorite picture of the trip, it keeps jumping out at me. I feel happy and at peace with my parents. They do so much for us and for everyone they know. Sometimes I feel like I'm making up for a bit of lost time. You may find this hard to believe, but I wasn't the most obedient teenager, I really struggled at times. I have since done a 180 (yes)! I asked my dad for a priesthood blessing on the trip and one of many things that stood out to me was (the past is the past, its time to look to the future). 2010 goals here I come!

Here is my lovely mother: She's the one who pushes me to be more creative, to exercise, eat better and be a better mom.
Making her debut on this blog is the kind and beautiful Heather. We went to high school together, she's one of a kind and I was so happy to visit. It had been too long.

We had her boyfriend (soon to be Fiance) Allen take our picture in front of his Ducati, chillin' in the living room. We made dinner, bought each other presents from Bath and Body and laughed a lot.
She gave me this gorgeous blue wrap I'm wearing for the picture. I loved the time I spent in Washington and i hope I get some visitors down south sooner, than later. Thanks again everyone!

Great post, I really like the photos of you and Heather, Facebook worthy maybe?
